B’ar Asel for touristic projects, owner of Pensee Royal Gardens Hotel is operated by Meeting Point Co. (FTI).

The owners committed to the hotel renovation as part of their plan to further invest in the Egyptian touristic sector.

Arlikan Pillars has been selected as a main contractor for (Phase I) of the renovation plan. Overall, the project consisted of a full renovation of 103 Rooms with their related outdoors, facades and wood works.
